Urban Stories: Reflections of History
St. Louis ranks as the 52nd largest urban center in America. The Gateway City has the same trials and tribulations as New York City, L.A. and Chicago. The Missouri History Museum’s new Urban Stories series explores how artists—including an actor, a spoken word artist, a jazz musician and an author—explore modern issues facing 21st Century urban dwellers. Each program features a reception at 6:00 pm. The program begins at 7:00 pm. After the program, a post-reception gives attendees an opportunity to mingle with the Urban Stories presenter. Tickets are $10 for individual tickets; $7 for Museum members. Best Value: $35 for Urban Stories Season Ticket; $25 for Museum members. Group rates available (10 or more individuals).
