*Note – 1 adult per every 10 students is required

The Missouri History Museum is accessible to person with disabilities and seeks to serve every school and every student. If you would like us to use any particular approaches with your group, please describe your goals in the box below (Our K-12 Education Programs Manager, Sarah Sims, also welcomes your call at 314-454-3116).

Please review the following policy and confirm your in agreement.

Cancellation Policy:

All guided school programs at the Missouri History Museum are free of charge. However, because guided experiences require the use of Museum resources and personnel, we require at least seven days’ notice for any cancellation of a guided program. A cancellation as early as possible is requested so schools on our waiting list can be confirmed.

In the event of a cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, we will bill your school for a $50 cancellation fee.  Days when school is cancelled (as for inclement weather) are the only exception to this policy.

Although we do not require a deposit beforehand, we require that both teacher and school principal sign this promise of payment form before the tour is officially booked.

No tour will be considered booked (no times, galleries, or guides reserved) until this promise of payment form is signed and returned to the Missouri History Museum and a confirmation letter has been issued.
