Since the Missouri History Museum facilitates and hosts a variety of daily events, we do not have space for students to eat lunch inside the Museum.
Please make arrangements for your students to eat at school, on your bus, outside in Forest Park, or elsewhere off-site.
All guided school programs at the Missouri History Museum are free of charge. However, because guided experiences require the use of Museum resources and personnel, we require at least seven days’ notice for any cancellation of a guided program. A cancellation as early as possible is requested so schools on our waiting list can be confirmed.
In the event of a cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice, or in the event of a no-show, we will bill your school for a $50 cancellation fee. Days when school is cancelled (as for inclement weather) are the only exception to this policy.
Although we do not require a deposit beforehand, we require that both teacher and school principal sign this promise of payment form before the tour is officially booked.
No tour will be considered booked (no times, galleries, or guides reserved) until these policies are agreed to and a confirmation letter has been issued by the Missouri History Museum.
