Gridiron Glory: Follow Your Dreams
The special summer exhibit Gridiron Glory: The Best of the Pro Football Hall of Fame examines the ever-popular American sport through memorabilia from all-time greats to contemporary stars. Everyone has a passion, but it’s not always easy to make it happen. Youth will explore the exhibit on their own* and engage in a hands-on activity in order to gain an understanding of what it takes to turn dreams into reality. The group will then go to the theater for a 35-minute Teens Make History play about the integration of the NFL in the 1940’s. Written and performed by local high school students, this play will be followed by a 10-minute Q&A session. This program will end at approximately 11:45am.
