With his father and siblings, Charles Drury established what is now Drury Inns Inc., a privately held family corporation primarily engaged in real estate development and construction with an emphasis in hotel development. Starting with their first Drury Inn in Sikeston, Mo., the firm has opened more than 120 properties in 19 states.
