All-Star Display! On View Now Through August 3!
To honor St. Louis’ love of our national pastime and our rich All-Star history, the Missouri History Museum and the St. Louis Cardinals Hall of Fame Museum are teaming up to display artifacts related to the four earlier All-Star Games played in St. Louis. The museum will also display artifacts related to Stan Musial, the legendary St. Louis Cardinal who participated in 24 consecutive All-Star Games during his illustrious career.
The dozen artifacts on view include pairs of cleats belonging to Terry Moore and Bob Gibson; jerseys worn by Musial, Enos Slaughter and Curt Flood; autographed baseballs; All-Star Game tickets and stubs; programs and more.
The All-Star Game and Stan Musial artifacts will be on view June 20, 2009 through August 3, 2009.
