Boy Scout Day
Boy Scouts are invited to the Missouri History Museum to complete requirements for merit badges and to participate in other exciting activities! Troops and individual Boy Scouts are welcome to attend.  Please call (314) 454-3114 by April 4 to make your reservations. Please note: Significantly large troops may be asked to make private reservations another day.

Merit Assistance Programs:
Merit Assistance Programs involve a museum tour with hands-on activities. Not all merit requirements will be completed, and badges are not provided.
  • 9:30-10:30am:  Webelo Scouts--Citizen Badge
  • 10:30-11:30am:  Wolf Cubs--American Indian Lore Arrow Point
  • 10:30-11:30am:  Bear Cubs--American Indian Life Arrow Point
  • 11:30am-12:30pm:  Tiger Cubs--Making My Family Special Go See It Activity
  • 3:15-4:30pm:  Boy Scouts--Indian Lore Badge
Other Activities at the Museum:
  • 10:00-11:30am:  Make American Indian Dream Catchers and model tepees in the Schnucks Classroom.
  • 11:30am:  Theatre in the Museum: Teens Make History performance of Looking for Dunham
  • 12:00-2:30pm:  "American Indian Lore" Storytelling Workshop (Storytelling is at 1:00pm, but come early or stay late to enjoy crafts, puppets, puzzles and more.)
  • 2:00pm:  Theatre in the Museum performance of "I Promise Not to Be Weary": An Immigrant Girl's Story
