Inspired by St. Louis history, Teens Make History performances are on Saturdays at 11:30 a.m. When: ¥ Saturday, January 12, 19, and 26: ÒKing of the HillÓ details the impoverished childhood of A.E. Hotchner in St. Louis during thesummer of 1933. It is a story of ingenuity and spirit in the face ofeconomic hardship during the Great Depression. This play is based upon author HotchnerÕs book of the same title. Originally published in 1972, the memoir, along with the sequel ÒLooking for Miracles,Ó was recently reprinted by the Missouri Historical Society Press. ¥ Saturday, February 2, 9, 16 and 23: NEW!
