Living History Performance: Meet Absalom Grimes, Confederate Spy in
The Life and Bloody Times of a Civil War Spy
Barnes M. Bradshaw, special events coordinator for the Missouri History
Museum, will explore the life of Civil War spy Absalom Grimes in a first-person,
fully-costumed program.

Civil War Era Music with The Buckhannon Brothers
The Buckhannon Brothers have performed at numerous national music festivals
and have been instrumental in several projects dedicated to the preservation of
string band music. Their talents as musicians have been preserved for posterity
on recordings archived in the Library of Congress, and their recordings have been
used as authentic auditory complements to two historical documentaries.
