Meriwether's, The Missouri History Museum's fabulous restaurant, is
situated on the top floor of the Emerson Center, with a spectacular view
of Forest Park through an expansive wall of curved glass from ceiling
to floor.
The restaurant serves lunch from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., with selections from
the menu, and serves a Sunday Brunch Buffet from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. (buffet
only; a la carte menu not available on Sunday). The self-serve area is
open regular Museum hours; daily, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Tuesday, 10 a.m.

The Food Network, a national cable channel, visited Meriwether's restaurant
and filmed footage used in a feature, "Best of Museum Restaurants." Program
host Jill Cordes interviewed Meriwether's chefs, owners, MHS staff, and restaurant
